★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nooit zaken doen met Brummelhuis, zij weigeren jouw koop akte met handtekeningen te geven (kopie of origineel) ben nu met rechtsbijstand bezig om alsnog mijn akte te ontvangen waar mijn handtekening als eigenaar op staat. Brummelhuis vind dat je dat niet nodig hebt. Maar het is MIJN akte waar ik voor heb betaald. En IK ben de eigenaar van het pand die ik heb gekocht.
Never do business with Brummelhuis, they refuse to give your purchase deed with signatures (copy or original) are now working on legal assistance to still receive my deed with my signature as owner on it. Brummelhuis thinks you don't need that. But it is MY deed I paid for. And I am the owner of the property I bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behoorlijk hoge prijzen voor een enorm slechte dienstverlening. Er stond verkeerde informatie in de stukken, tijdens de afspraak is de foutieve informatie aangepast. En achteraf krijgen wij alsnog de getekende stukken met foutieve informatie toegestuurd. Vervolgens gemaild om de juiste stukken te ontvangen maar geen gehoor vanuit het kantoor.
Pretty high prices for a very poor service. There was incorrect information in the documents, the incorrect information was adjusted during the appointment. And afterwards we still receive the signed documents with incorrect information. Then emailed to receive the correct documents but no response from the office.
