De dame achter de balie krijgt 1ster!!!
Deze verkoopster had een opmerking over corona dat er niet zoveel doden zijn.
Pijnlijk vond ik deze opmerking omdat mijn familie overleden is in het begin van de pandemie.

The lady behind the counter gets 1 star!!!
This saleswoman had a comment about corona that there are not so many deaths.
I found this comment painful because my family passed away at the beginning of the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna elk jaar koop ik de Bruna agenda met veel mapjes (en eerder ook daarbij kartonnenopberg mapjes erin, dit jaar helaas die niet erbij ) Over het algemeen bevallen ze prima, jammer genoeg elk jaar 1 euro duurder ze begonnen bij €6 Nu alweer boven de €10. Best anders waar voor je geld , wel jammer dat er minder aanbod is dan vroeger aan produkten.
Almost every year I buy the Bruna diary with many folders (and previously also cardboard storage folders in it, unfortunately not this year) In general they are fine, unfortunately every year 1 euro more expensive they started at € 6 Now already above the €10. Quite different value for money, a pity that there is less range of products than before.

Wilde een leuke kaart kopen maar er stond een chagrijnig wijf achter de kassa dat mij humeur meteen negatief was. Echt jammer dat die vrolijke dames er niet waren die groeten tenminste als je binnen komt. Mij zie je niet meer op een maandag in de bruna. Wat een vreselijke sfeer hangt daar blegh!!!
Moest dit eff kwijt.!!! Merk het al een paar maanden!
Was in the store today (Monday 14-03-22)
Wanted to buy a nice card but there was a grumpy woman behind the cash register that my mood was immediately negative. A real pity that those cheerful ladies were not there who greet you at least when you enter. You won't see me in the Bruna on a Monday. What a terrible atmosphere there is blegh!!!
Had to get this out.!!! Been noticing it for a few months now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional behavior of emoloyees. They advised to call prime-minister after being asked how the presents for the kids which already arrived to this shop can be collected. Arranging distribution through partners or by post in case of their own inability, or at least give polite and sound guidance on further steps appeared to be above their organizational or intellectual capacity. Very disappointing ???
