★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moest best lang wachten om te worden geholpen omdat er maar één persoon in de winkel was en die hielp een andere klant. Tegelijkertijd is dat ook wel weer de charme. Er zijn nog maar weinig winkels waar klanten echt worden geholpen.
Had to wait quite a long time to be helped because there was only one person in the store and they helped another customer. At the same time that is also the charm. Few shops are left where customers are really served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graag openingstijden aanpassen! Heb nu al 2x voor een dichte deur gestaan om een pakketje af te halen terwijl volgens internet/google de winkel nog een uur langer open zou moeten zijn.
Please adjust opening hours! Have already been twice in front of a closed door to pick up a package while according to the internet / google the store should be open for an hour longer.

De mensen hier bij Bruna hebben dat vast ook. De winkel ziet er altijd top uit.
Fijn om daar te zijn.
No tablet or e-reader for me. Books, magazines and stationery make me happy.
The people here at Bruna probably have that too. The store always looks great.
Nice to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genoeg keus en vriendelijk personeel goede uitleg gekregen en mooi ingepakte kados en gratis besteld wat niet op voorraad was (gratis ophalen in de winkel zaterdag besteld dinsdag binnen )
Enough choice and friendly staff received a good explanation and nicely wrapped gifts and ordered for free what was not in stock (free pick up in the store, ordered on Saturday, received on Tuesday)
