Toen wij aan de medewerkers (bruna) melde dat de openingstijden niet correspondeerden met wat er op internet stond werd ons verteld dat hij daarmee niks had te schaften & het hem niet boeide wat het internet zei. Al met al kom ik nooit meer terug bij deze gezellige vent !! We came for the ING Servicepoint, however, it turned out to be closed. When we told the employees (bruna) that the opening times did not correspond with what was on the internet, we were told that he had nothing to buy and he did not care what the internet said. All in all, I never come back to this cozy guy !!
N	Nijverdal Nu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wil je niet in de stress schieten loop je deze zaak snel voorbij. Van service heeft de eigenaar nooit gehoord. Jammer dat dit een afhaalpunt is van postnl. Driemaal terug moeten komen omdat "meneer" niet verder wilde kijken dat zijn neus lang was. Hij had wel wat anders te doen. If you do not want to get stressed, you quickly pass this case. W	Wim Hendriks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilde een boek bestellen dat alleen zij verkochten en vroeg of ze die op wilden sturen. Uiteraard tegen betaling van verzendkosten. Kreeg een hork van een kerel aan de lijn die lekker humeurig vertelde dat ze daar niet aan gaan beginnen. Daar hebben ze het veel te druk voor. Kan me enigszins voorstellen, maar de manier waarop me dat te verstaan gegeven werd..... Wanted to order a book that only they sold and asked them to send it to them. Of course against payment of shipping costs. Got a jerk from a guy on the line who told me in a nice mood that they are not going to start that. They're too busy for that. Can imagine to some extent, but the way in which I was given that to understand.....

P	Petra Slag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wil je eerlijk advies? Loop deze winkel dan gauw voorbij! Bij navraag en gebaseerd op advies van de verkoop medewerkster een permanent stift gekocht voor glas. Deze bleek na aankomst thuis dus niet permanent. Terug naar de winkel was geen omruilen mogelijk omdat de stift uit de verpakking gehaald was. Helaas typisch het voorbeeld van waarom winkels verdwijnen. Deze mag van mij gauw vertrekken. Geen kennis van eigen assortiment en groffe behandeling richting klanten en nog meer vragen voor een product dan op Internet. Do you want honest advice? Walk past this store soon!
