Wat een slechte ervaring vandaag gehad met de Bruna in Ouddorp!
Met name de zeer onbeschofte houding van de eigenaar!
Op mijn vraag of er mss nog een papieren versie van de Blauwe Stapper was, kreeg ik het zeer botte antwoord : "wat denkt uzelf?"
Ik begrijp dat er geen evenementen zijn in deze periode maar er staat ook nog andere relevante informatie in!
Op mijn antwoord dat als ik het zou weten het niet zou vragen werd er weer geantwoord wat denk uzelf.
Eigenaar u bent zeer klantvriendelijk , geef gewoon een normaal antwoord ook al is het in uw ogen mss een vreemde vraag.
Een cursus service gerichtheid en klantvriendelijlheid zou aan u zeer goed besteed zijn!

What a bad experience today with the Bruna in Ouddorp!
Especially the very rude attitude of the owner!
When I asked if there was still a paper version of the Blue Stapper, I got the very blunt answer: "what do you think?"
I understand that there are no events during this period, but it also contains other relevant information!
My answer that if I knew it would not ask was answered again what do you think.
Owner you are very customer friendly, just give a normal answer, even if in your opinion it is a strange question.
A service orientation and customer friendliness course would be very well spent on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, personeel (je wordt altijd adequaat geholpen) niets is te veel of te moeilijke,ze denken altijd mee.for me krijg ze,⭐⭐⭐⭐? excellent.
Very friendly and helpful, staff (you are always adequately helped) nothing is too much or too difficult, they always think along.

Nice shop, got busy when I was there, can hang more info with mention KEEP DISTANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke er rustige Bruna winkel in heg centrum van Ouddorp.
Het beste is om je auto te parkeren bij de Kruidvat en dan naar de winkel te lopen.
Hier kan je nog rustig "browsen" en naar de boeken kijken zonder dat 20 man in je nek zit te blazen.
Veel leuke boeken en idem voorraad en ook de benodigde tijdschriften.
Vriendelijke en rustige mensen van de winkel zelf.
Wij komen hier graag!
Nice and quiet Bruna shop in the center of Ouddorp.
It is best to park your car at Kruidvat and then walk to the store.
Here you can still quietly "browse" and look at the books without 20 people blowing in your neck.
Lots of nice books and stock as well as the necessary magazines.
Friendly and calm people from the shop itself.
We love coming here!
