The store is often busy however staff work hard to keep the que moving. They offer a range of basic cards and gifts as well as a gift wrapping service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im come to pick up a package for christmas and i get there and its a zoo. the staff here are extremely unorganized, extremely RUDE and unhelpful they dont help you at all. i was told to go look for my own package and i see people just taking packages they are not even checking if the right people are taking the right packages so i think my package was stolen........ i hope these people all get fired from this location.........i know its almost chirstmas but people need to be able act and work professionally even if it is busy thats what they are paid to do anyway btw even if it was not christmas they are still rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertise that they are open until 1800 but they will not allow people to collect a parcel after 1730. What use is that? Typically, staff are standing about doing next to nothing and still they stubbornly refuse to interrupt conversations with their colleagues to provide the slightest hint of customer service. Terrible customer service, rude lazy staff, a bunch of time wasting incompetents. 1 star is far too good a rating for this joke shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the service, selection and availability of products is (severly) on the decline since the owner changed. Staff is badly trained and rude at times. Its simple details tha speak volumes. The other day I bough a birthday card and the salesperson didn't even ask if I wanted a card to be put in a paper bag. When I asked if I could have a paper bag to put the card in it, she gave me the look as if I asked for a truck load of plastic bags. Prior to owner changed, staff would by default put a card into the paper bag.
