M	Manon B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winkel waar je voor een goed boek terecht kunt maar ook voor tijdschriften, kadobonnen, kantoorartikelen en een uitgebreid assortiment kaarten. Er is ook een postagentschap in de winkel wat ik heel handig vind omdat het in het centrum zit. Het personeel is over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk. Shop where you can find a good book, but also magazines, gift vouchers, office supplies and an extensive range of cards. There is also a postal agency in the store which I find very handy as it is in the center. The staff are generally very friendly.

Het is een smalle maar lange Bruna en voor iedereen hebben ze wel wat voor in de smaak. Ook zijn het vriendelijke medewerkers. Dus conclusie een fijne winkel om de benodigde dingen te kunnen halen! A handy store to have around. They often have nice promotions and good discounts. It is a narrow but long Bruna and they have something for everyone's taste. They are also friendly employees. So conclude a nice store to get the needed things!

Personeel is vriendelijk maar praat ook graag over mensen waar klanten bij zijn. Kan ik minder waarderen. Shop is neat, but the choice is small (lots of expensive things and no less expensive variants). Too bad, there is still something to get in terms of orders. Staff are friendly but also enjoy talking about people with customers. I can appreciate less.
V	V VB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een secreet achter de balie voor PostNL. We bieden 3 enveloppen aan als brievenbus pakket.. 2 gaan er door en bij de 3e zegt ze.. past niet. In alle 3 de enveloppen zat hetzelfde product. We zijn zakelijke klanten die binnenkort honderden pakketten gaan versturen maar niet meer via Bruna Vianen. Nu een dure doos moeten kopen ? What a secret behind the counter for PostNL. We offer 3 envelopes as a letterbox package .. 2 go through and the 3rd she says .. does not fit. All 3 envelopes contained the same product. We are business customers who will soon be sending hundreds of packages, but no longer via Bruna Vianen. Now have to buy an expensive box ?
S	Sylvester Hartkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sta je 16.55 voor de Bruna in Vianen samen met 2 bussen van PostNL die hun pakketten nog moeten inleveren komt er een vriendelijke dame (Niet dus) Carona meneer iedereen moet 17uur de winkel uit. Postnl is essentieel en dan daarbij staat op jullie site en Facebook geopend tot 18uur dit ter zijde. (Zie foto's) U kon duidelijk zeggen dat dit vanaf 19 december al zo is, dan denk ik tijd genoeg om je openingstijden aan te passen. Medewerkers van Postnl stonden ook van wat nu... Service is ver te zoeken! If you stand in front of the Bruna in Vianen at 4.55 pm, together with 2 PostNL buses that still have to hand in their packages, a friendly lady will come (not so) Carona sir, everyone has to leave the store at 5 pm. Postnl is essential and then your site and Facebook are open until 6 pm. (See pictures) You could clearly say that this is already the case from December 19, then I think there is enough time to adjust your opening hours. Postnl employees were also concerned about what is now… Service is hard to find!
