β β β β β Bij deze winkel krijg je niks anders dan onvriendelijke en onprofessionele service. Ik kwam een agenda terugbrengen dat ik bij dit filiaal had gekocht. De retournering was binnen de aangegeven de retour termijn. Ik had netjes de bon bij me en de agenda was in dezelfde staat als toen ik hem kocht. Ik wou de agenda terug brengen omdat ik een andere agenda cadeau had gekregen. De medewerkers achter de balie begonnen zeer onbeleefd te reageren toen ik vroeg om of het mogelijk was om het te retourneren. Het was duidelijk dat ze niet blij waren met de retournering en adviseerde mij om het cadeau terug te brengen of om het zelf maar te regelen met de klantenservice. Uiteindelijk ben ik weggestuurd met een agenda die ik niet wou hebben. Klantvriendelijkheid kennen ze hier niet hoor. 1 ster is al teveelβ¦
Later die die dag ging ik naar Bruna Goes om te vragen of het mogelijk was om de agenda te retourneren. Hier werd ik vriendelijk benaderd en geholpen door de verkoop medewerkers. Ook heb ik hier wel netjes mβn geld terug gekregen. Gelukkig dat er nog enkele Bruna filialen in Zeeland zijn waar ze wel met hun klanten om weten te gaan. Hier kan Bruna Vlissingen veel van leren!
At this store you get nothing but unfriendly and unprofessional service. I came to return an agenda I bought from this branch. The return was within the specified return period. I had the receipt with me and the diary was in the same condition as when I bought it. I wanted to return the diary because I had received another diary as a gift. The employees behind the counter started to be very rude when I asked if it was possible to return it. It was clear that they were not happy with the return and advised me to return the gift or to arrange it myself with customer service. In the end I was sent away with an agenda that I did not want. They don't know customer service here. 1 star is already too muchβ¦
Later that day I went to Bruna Goes to ask if it was possible to return the diary. Here I was kindly approached and helped by the sales staff. I also got my money back here. Fortunately, there are still a few Bruna branches in Zeeland where they do know how to deal with their customers. Bruna Vlissingen can learn a lot from this!

β β β β β Bediening door de vrouwen is een beetje typisch, zo werd er geantwoord op mijn vraag of het gummetje dat zich bovenop een Pentel grafiet potlood bevindt te bestellen is zonder blikken of blozen geantwoord nee... hetgeen niet waar is ,ze zijn verkrijgbaar in een kokertje van 5 stuks dus op naar M burg waar ze wel op voorraad zijn.
Operation by the women is a bit typical, so was answered my question whether the eraser that is on top of a Pentel graphite pencil can be ordered without batting an eyelid answered no... which is not true, they are available in a tube of 5 pieces so off to M burg where they are in stock.

β β β β β Onvriendelijk personeel, verzonnen regels en info als antwoord op vragen die je stelt. Zij verzinnen zelf de regels als het gaat om betaalmogelijkheden, retouren en andere zaken. Als je dan aangeeft van: goh dit wat u nu zegt klopt niet, krijg je de meest arrogante blik op je gericht en bonjouren ze je liever de winkel uit.
Tevens Bij de ingang staat nu een corona stoplicht om je te vertellen om je naar binnen mag ja of nee. Laatste x dat ik hier 1 voet binnen heb gezet. Schande
Unfriendly staff, made up rules and info to answer questions you ask. They come up with their own rules when it comes to payment options, returns and other matters. If you then indicate: gosh, this what you are saying is not right, you will get the most arrogant look directed at you and they would rather bonjour you out of the store.
There is also a corona traffic light at the entrance to tell you whether you can enter yes or no. Last x I set 1 foot in here. Shame
