★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live 5minutes from this Bruna branch and have been there multiple times. The staff members I have encountered are very impolite and always hasty. To the point that last week the middle aged lady receiving me dd not even greet me or answer my goodbye. Are they racist or are they the same towards others too? I don't know. But simply unacceptable!
