★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overzichtelijke winkel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Toch vond ik het aanbod boeken tegenvallen ten opzichte van andere Bruna-filialen die ik ken. Zocht bijvoorbeeld iets van Brené Brown om vanavond te kunnen lezen (hele populaire schrijfster) maar niet gevonden.
Verder miste ik ontsmettingsmiddelen bij de ingang. Toch wel de standaard tegenwoordig. Personeel was hoed beschermd met mondkapjes en spatschermen, maar zelf vind ik 't ook prettig dat ik weet dat mensen de handen ontsmetten bij binnenkomst.
Clean store with friendly and helpful staff. Still, I found the range of books to be disappointing compared to other Bruna branches that I know. For example, was looking for something by Brené Brown to read tonight (very popular writer) but couldn't find it.
Furthermore, I missed disinfectants at the entrance. Still the standard nowadays. Staff were hat protected with mouth caps and splash screens, but I also like to know that people disinfect their hands on arrival.
