Meisjes zijn vriendelijk maar geven geen goede info betreffende de producten, m.a.w., verplaatsen zich niet in de klant, c.q. zijn eigenlijk wat te jong. Op de vraag hoe groot een pancake is wordt duidelijk geantwoord maar er wordt niet bij gezegd dat je er 3 krijgt. ? Kleinigheidje: loodgieter is op toilet aan het werk, meisjes zien dat iemand naar boven loopt maar zeggen niet dat toilet buiten gebruik is. Mensen gaan buiten op terras zitten maar stoelen worden niet eventjes droog gemaakt na een regenbuitje van meer dan 2 uur daarvoor. Je blijft buiten aan tafel wachten maar er is niet gezegd dat de bestelling niet wordt opgenomen maar je zelf aan de balie moet bestellen, dat hoor je als je naar binnen gaat om te vragen of er iemand komt. Kortom, in een Heerlen dat al niet goed loopt veel punten van verbetering waar je mee zou kunnen scoren. Had a nice smoothie and pancakes. Girls are friendly but don't give good information about the products, in other words, they don't put themselves in the shoes of the customer, or are actually a bit too young. When asked how big a pancake is, the answer is clear, but it doesn't say that you get 3. ? Little something: Plumber is working on toilet, girls see someone walking upstairs but don't say toilet is out of order. People sit outside on the terrace, but chairs are not briefly dried after a rain shower of more than 2 hours before. You wait outside at the table but it is not said that the order will not be taken but you have to order at the counter yourself, you hear that when you go in to ask if someone is coming. In short, in a Heerlen that is already not going well, many points of improvement that you could score with.

En zoveel variaties van sandwich, wraps, dips, foccacia, taartjes, gebakjes, muffins etc. Hier komen wij vaker terug. Delicious high tea! We enjoyed it immensely. Everything tasted delicious and freshly prepared! And so many variations of sandwich, wraps, dips, foccacia, tarts, pastries, muffins etc. We will come back here often.

Im Endeffekt lagen das nur 3x 4 cm Brötchen, 1 Scheibe Lachs, Käse, und 2x Marmelade. Das war das letzte mal. Never again! Far too overpriced. Ours was assured that a brunch platter for 15€ was enough for 2 people. In the end there were only 3x 4 cm rolls, 1 slice of salmon, cheese and 2x jam. That was the last time.
T	Tom hendrix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas niet heel tevreden over de brunchbar. Toast met melted tuna was zeer droog naanbrood met een beetje tonijn en gesmolten kaas. Niet heel smaakvol. Sandwich zalm was gewoon casinobrood uit de supermarkt met zalm en wat sla. Weinig creativiteit of smaak. Unfortunately not very satisfied with the brunch bar. Toast with melted tuna was very dry naan bread with a bit of tuna and melted cheese. Not very tasteful. Salmon sandwich was just casino bread from the supermarket with salmon and some lettuce. Little creativity or taste.

De tafels waren heel mooi opgemaakt, het personeel heel vriendelijk en de brunch zelf was gevarieerd en lekker. Ook aan de kinderen was gedacht met een extra snoepje en genoeg te spelen. Zeker een aanrader! Had a delicious brunch at Brunchbar Heerlen with a group of 10 adults and a number of children. The tables were very nicely laid out, the staff very friendly and the brunch itself was varied and delicious. The children were also thought of with extra candy and plenty to play. Highly recommended!

A	Andrej Drachenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing place with simple but very delicious HEALTHY food and great drinks for reasonable prices. Ordered dishes were served within minutes by very adorable ladies and apart from the food I totally enjoyed the great coffee. Definitely a well thought through concept with a nice interior design and even a playing corner for the kids. It was our first visit at the brunch bar and we were impressed! Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!
