Direct binnenkomend in de schitterende boerderij begint het feestje. De verschillende ruimtes hebben een trendy en eigentijds interieur. Alle gerechten omvatten stuk voor stuk een genuanceerde en unieke smaak. De combinatie van alle ingrediënten, smaak en textuur liepen mooi in elkaar over. Verfijnde gerechten, mooi gepresenteerd met een bijzondere twist. Eén van de geweldige pluspunten is dat er goed wordt nagedacht over het vegetarisch koken. Zeer goede, vrolijke en attente bediening. Niet té formeel. Ze weten zeker waar ze over praten en de gast kan zien dat het een hecht, leuk team is. Het is hard werken in de horeca, maar je ziet dat het personeel hier voldoening uithaalt. Het wijnarrangement is een ultieme aanrader. De heerlijke wijnen werden ingeschonken vanuit mooie magnumflessen. De sommeliers vertellen met plezier en passie, waardoor de uitleg goed blijft hangen ? Zoals ik Hans ken is er over alle details nagedacht. Een dikke merci en waardering voor hem en voor zijn team. De nieuwe reservering is al gemaakt. Brut172 is number 1 of all the star restaurants I've eaten at lately! It was a special, pleasant acquaintance with Brut 172. Immediately entering the beautiful farm the party starts. The various rooms have a trendy and contemporary interior. All dishes each have a nuanced and unique taste. The combination of all ingredients, taste and texture blended together nicely. Refined dishes, beautifully presented with a special twist. One of the great advantages is that vegetarian cooking is well thought out. Very good, cheerful and attentive service. Not too formal. They certainly know what they are talking about and the guest can see that it is a close, fun team. It is hard work in the hospitality industry, but you can see that the staff is satisfied here. The wine arrangement is an ultimate recommendation. The delicious wines were poured from beautiful magnum bottles. The sommeliers tell with pleasure and passion, so that the explanation sticks well ? As I know Hans, every detail has been thought through. A big thank you and appreciation to him and his team. The new reservation has already been made.

This was indicated upfront. 2) Hans has been to EVERY table except ours. That is no eye for detail and attention. I have no gray hair and no wrinkles, but I belong to the generation that enjoys these kinds of choices more in my life than most visitors 3) Waiting time at the end was extremely long to just get a simple cup of coffee. We had to "wait" for a coffee and then also for the bill. That's not done. In any case, let people pay for the menu in advance so that everything runs more smoothly and you give your cash flow a boost.
