★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanavond een burger gesteld voor afhaal bij Brut, bij thuiskomst bleek deze grotendeels rauw te zijn. Niet medium rare oid, maar gewoon echt rauw (!!). Heel jammer. Vanwege de vervroegde coronasluitingstijden geen kans gehad om dit te laten herstellen- dit hadden ze ongetwijfeld gedaan, maar ik blijf erbij dat dit niet zou moeten gebeuren.
Made a burger tonight for takeaway at Brut, when it came home it turned out to be largely raw. Not medium rare or something, but just really raw (!!). Very sorry. Didn't have a chance to get this fixed due to the early corona closing times - they would have done this no doubt, but I maintain that this shouldn't happen.
