★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De BSO 'Tamariki' heeft niet voldoende en geen competent personeel om aan de behoefte van de kinderen te voldoen.
Mijn zoon kampt met gedragsproblemen en in plaats van hem te helpen en te ondersteunen, draaien de medewerkers hem de rug toe, labellen hem als oncontroleerbaar en een gevaar voor de andere kinderen en medewerkers. Dit alles om maar per direct het contract te beeindigen en van hem af te zijn. Dit werd gedaan zonder enige aankondiging en met een enkel telefoontje door mevr. Fokkema de dag van tevoren.
 The BSO 'Tamariki' has not enough and no competent staff to meet the needs of the children.
My son suffers from behavioral problems and instead of helping and supporting him, the employees turn their backs on him, label him as uncontrollable and a danger to the other children and employees. All this to immediately terminate the contract and get rid of him. This was done without any announcement and with a single phone call from Mrs. Fokkema the day before.
