Bij mijn tweede bestelling was ik iets vergeten, dus ik moest contact opnemen met hun klantenservice. Ik schreef voor hen op WhatsApp en mijn vergeten onderdeel was toegevoegd in een paar minuten, terwijl voor de extra betaling ik een link in e-mail ontvangen. Absoluut een aanrader!
Excellent webshop for boiler parts and piping, electricity or installation material. Shipping is also fast, I received it within a day within the announced time frame. On my second order I forgot something so I had to contact their customer service. I wrote for them on WhatsApp and my forgotten part was added in a few minutes, while for the extra payment I received a link in email. Definitely recommended!
