★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze man is niet te vertrouwen. Aanvankelijk lijkt alles koek en ei, maar na transport (die overigens wel beviel, aardige chauffeurs, mooie auto's) komt de ellende. Ongeacht overmacht, overleg, of eerder (zwart op wit) gemaakte afspraken gaat hij zijn eigen gang en schrijft hij dingen van je rekening af zonder dat je het doorhebt.
Geen professionele organisatie die niet van overleggen weet. Pas op voor deze organisatie, en dus vooral de eigenaar Robert Perestam. Ik heb juridische vervolgstappen moeten nemen om het op te lossen, voorkom die ellende... Genoeg andere goede services!
Maak je toch gebruik van deze organisatie? Je krijgt netjes vooraf een factuur. Verdubbel die wel, want dat bedrag wordt zonder toestemming achteraf dubbel van je Credit Card afgeschreven... Overmacht of niet.
Concluderend is het probleem zodoende niet het transport zelf, maar de maar de organisatie die het organiseert (BTS Travel) en diens eigenaar.

Regardless of force majeure, consultation, or previously made agreements (black on white), he goes his own way and debits things from your account without you noticing.
No professional organization that does not know about consultation. Beware of this organization, and therefore especially the owner Robert Perestam. I had to take legal follow-up steps to solve it, avoid the misery ... Enough other good services!
Do you still use this organization? You will receive an invoice in advance. Do double that, because that amount will be double-deducted from your Credit Card afterwards ... Force majeure or not.
In conclusion, the problem is therefore not the transport itself, but the organization that organizes it (BTS Travel) and its owner.
