In 2017 zijn wij verkozen tot ‘Beste Stomerij van Nederland’ en als ‘Nummer 7 geëindigd in de verkiezing van ‘Beste stomerij ter Wereld’. Daarbij zij zijn lid van de branchevereniging NETEX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been three weeks and a half that I'm waiting for my clothes. At the beginning the problem was that I couldn't pay by credit card or pay pal and I was waiting for them to send me their bank account number. Since after two weeks I still hadn't received the account number, they said they wouldn't make me pay to compensate the bad service and sent me a code to open my looker. I have been at the store and tried many codes (with the assistance of their customer service), however I'm still waiting for my damn clothes!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite there unclear instructions and bad app it's the work they deliver that'll make you come back. Their customer service is on point and they're open 24/7. Keep in mind that you can drop off at any time but picking up will still take 1-3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took two days for them to even pick up the clothes from the locker and then almost a week until they were done. Disappointingly slow service. They did, however clean the clothes properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's been a week and they havent been able to get our clothes back to us. I have called repeatedly but they representative on the phone has no clue and keeps saying the clothes are in transit. horrible logistics. do not reccomend to use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient dry cleaning service. I could place my clothing in a pick-up locker at the office and recollect it cleaned two days later. Prices are also lower than at my local dry cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service. We tried to call & emails more than 3 times since last week but no response until last Friday. They finally replied that the clothes will be delivered on last Friday, and the payment from my credit card had been charged and the order was complete on website. However, I still did not have my clothes back. I selected home delivery service, but very much regret about the decision. Lack of communication, no transparency, careless customer service, I don't think this is the sustainable way to do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's scam! We arrived very late in the city and we were looking for laundry..it says that it is 24/7 but it is not! You can drop your clothes any time - true. But this doesn't mean that you will get them washed few hours later. We just wasted our time back and forward to this place and still after paying and everything our clothes were not washed for the next 20 hours. So we ended up going to different places. My advice is - don't go!
