First of all the server was really rude to me. She asked me to pay but I had already paid to her colleague. As I did not understand what she said I asked her to repeat. Then she turned around to her colleague to imitate and mock me which is kind of ironic as I am an English teacher.
Moreover, the boba balls were not good at all and the smoothie tasted like water and was almost fruitless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, we arrived and waited for the lady to be done with her phone so we could order. We wanted to know the difference between milk drink and milk tea and she just repeated the names in a sassy way. Then we decided to order a drink with tapioca and she said without any apologies or explanation "we don't have tapioca", even though it said so on the wall. We left and did not feel like ordering at this place anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOST HORRIBLE BUBBLE TEA I'VE EVER TASTED !! The tapioca is gelatinous, the tea stinks sugar and the cheescake is, actually not a cheescake, just a disgusting mix between some vanilla cream and a dried tiramisu. I do NOT recommand (sorry for the employees, it's nothing against you you were really cool).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decor was definitely really nice. The pastry - hmm, not so much. I’ve had much better red velvet pastry. Was a bit disappointed but my kid liked it more than I did.
