Taxatierapport in 2 weken klaar terwijl ze mij hebben verteld binnen 5 dagen (excuus is dat ze achterstand hebben ). Communicatie zeer slecht wacht nog steeds om terug gebeld te worden, omdat ik het niet mee eens ben met het taxatierapport. Marktwaarde van mijn huis is bepaald door o.a. met koophuizen die in 2016 zijn verkocht terwijl het nu in 2019 markt erg gestegen is. Niemand kan mij vertellen dat een woning van 3 kamer bouwjaar 1988 (68 m2 wonen) in Rotterdam marktwaarde heeft van 126000 euro. Advies gevraagd bij OOMS makelaar ze zijn langs geweest prima uitleg hoe ze aan het werk gaan. Geschatte waarde is veel hoger dan bij Buddies Real Estate. gelijk een afspraak gemaakt voor taxatie. Valuation report completed in 2 weeks while they told me within 5 days (excuse is that they are behind).
