★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, Tamara is a very good communicator. She was happy to discuss all aspects of the purchase and delivery terms, and everything arrived as promised. We were only a bit reluctant to learn late that payment is to be completed one day before delivery. This we felt was unusual, but Tamara was kind enough to accept - in our case - payment on the day, which is what is usual in the United States for large orders. Finally the laminaat, rubber undervloor, and plints are here and looking correct. Thank you Tamara, Joss, and Greg for the lively experience :)
Update 24/7/2018 we discovered a few flaws in a portion of our laminaat. Tamara and Greg made no fuss about it and even personally checked that our replacement packets contained no flaws.
All in all a Perfect experience!
