Best wel lastig als je een pakketje wilt ophalen en de winkel een uur voor sluitingstijd dicht is. Great shop for your repairs, shop times just aren't right. Quite inconvenient if you want to pick up a package and the store is closed an hour before closing time.
N	N. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moest een pakketje ophalen en zag op de site dat ze om 16.30 gingen sluiten, ik kwam daar om 16.00 en de winkel was gewoon gesloten. Heb meerdere mensen horen klagen hierover, echt asociaal. Gaan open en dicht wanneer ze daar zelf zin in hebben. Had to pick up a package and saw on the site that they were going to close at 4.30 pm, I got there at 4 pm and the store was just closed. Have heard several people complain about this, really antisocial. Open and close when they feel like it.

Vrijdag was gesloten sta zaterdag om 10.00 uur voor de deur want staat op de site half 10 open maar ze zijn dicht. Tig x gebeld bericht gestuurd geen reactie. Hoe gaan we dit regelen. Hopelijk reageren julloe wel op dit manier. Package was delivered to them on Wednesday my son would pick up Thursday he called they closed earlier. Friday was closed stand at the door on Saturday at 10:00 because the site is open at half past nine but they are closed. Called multiple times, message sent no response. How are we going to arrange this. Hopefully you will respond this way.

Vandaag stond ik er weer om 13:30 en gewoon weer gesloten.. hoe kan dit nou dit is toch geen service wat zijn de openingstijden 24-12 morgen? Had a package delivered from UPS, stood in front of a closed store at 3 o'clock yesterday. Today I was there again at 13:30 and just closed again .. how is this possible this is not a service what are the opening hours 24-12 tomorrow?

Kom je pakketje halen 30 min voor sluitingstijd vertellen ze je dat ze al uitgelogd zijn en je pas volgende dag kan komen. Kom je volgende dag zijn ze gesloten. Willen dan met je aan de telefoon disscusseren dat openingstijden aangepast zijn. Om daarna te zeggen het is druk op de weg dus we zijn later. Komt dan 30 na aangegeven openingstijd aan en scant pakket met mobiel. Alsof het dag ervoor teveel gevraagd was. Conclusie: dit is geen serieus bedrijf waar je zaken mee kan doen. Hebben eigen tijden van openen en totaal geen klantgerichte service. Never experienced such bad service. Come and pick up your package 30 min before closing time they tell you that they have already logged out and you can only come the next day. Come your next day they are closed. We want to discuss with you on the phone that opening times have been adjusted. To say afterwards it is busy on the road so we are later. Then arrive 30 after stated opening time and scan package with mobile. As if it was too much to ask the day before. Conclusion: this is not a serious company to do business with. Have their own opening times and no customer service at all.
