Besides this, they put in the box: High speed SD card for 64 gb, SD card reader, extra battery for the camera, soft bags for all these devices (camera and lenses). I'm pretty happy having an opportunity to try different modern cameras and lenses for an affordable price. The only cons was that the camera has been provided without a strap which was inconvenient in use. Dear BudgetCam staff, please consider to include straps "in the box".

Make sure you pre-order online, there is no walk-in service. Important for first time customers:when you place your first rental order they will ask to be emailed some ID documents to setup your account. It only took them an hour to create my account and reserve my stuff.

They gave me an even better alternative for the same price and rented me an ND-filter for free because my own filter wouldn’t fit that specific lens. All in all, great store and would definitely recommend going there if you need to rent camera equipment!

Thanks for making me miss my train and wait 2 hours at the train station because I couldn't find your office (I don't read dutch and it's my first time here). Even after 3 phone calls in which someone told me they were sending someone to pick me up, nobody showed up and it took me 30 minutes to get to your office. It's totally unprofessional, and it's that kind of unprofessionalism that impact persons that actually have work to do. Next time just go downstairs, I've done it, it takes 1 minute of walk. Useless to say that I had to spend 130bucks to pay for the train ticket as well, more expensive that the lens I rented to you. Thanks
