★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, reserved a flash for 4pm on a Saturday. Website says they're open until 6pm, no-one answered the bell at 4:05pm nor did anyone answer the phone. I got a pre-recorded message saying they're closed followed by the opening times 9 to 5pm. Again: I called at 4:05 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a couple of cameras for a live recording event in Amsterdam with budgetcam. I went to pick up the stuff on the day as arrange - June 4, 2016 - And they won't give me the stuff I wanted to rent... First they couldn't find my order, then they found it after I showed them on my email evidence and evidence of a call I even got from them to confirm.
Even after all this they refused to let me have the equipment, whiles everyone else came to collect what they where asking for. Now that wasn't my first experience. The first time they refused me a cam and jib and eventually gave me something I didnt even need for a music video shoot. The manager even looked unconcerned. They nearly destroyed our whole even. Had to travel through town calling and looking for other rental companies. I will never ever step foot in their space. I'm so done with them. i will take my business somewhere else... thank you...

Rented a lens two days ago, unfortunately got very sick, couldn't use or return the lens in time. They gave me enough time so that my girlfriend can return the lens today.
Definitely coming back to rent some lenses in the near future.
