Je kan kiezen of je op maandag wil trainen in medemblik of heerhugowaard, op donderdag in wieringerwerf of op vrijdag in medemblik. Dus keuze mogelijkheid genoeg. Ik ervaar deze school als een plek waar je gerespecteerd word en je jezelf kan zijn, waar je leert voor jezelf op te komen en waar je weerbaarder word.
 This budo school is specialized in jiu-jitsu judo and karate, so it's very all-round. You can choose whether you want to train on Monday in medemblik or heerhugowaard, on Thursday in wieringerwerf or on Friday in medemblik. So plenty of choice. I experience this school as a place where you are respected and you can be yourself, where you learn to stand up for yourself and where you become more resilient.
