The food offered by this restaurant is outstanding by all means. Everything is delicious and of high quality. Portions sizes are not crazy big, nor ridicolously small - making the meal the enjoyable experience it ought to be. An honorable mention to the staff is more than deserved: super nice, always professional and welcoming. English menus are available, making the restaurant foreigner friendly. I've been here twice and it never disappointed! If anything, it got even better!
The surprise menu is very nice, and the chef extremely competent in his compositions. If you feel insecure on what to choose, go for this option - I promise you it will pleasantly surprise you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, from inside looks even cooler than how it looks from outside. The furniture is vintage with style and tradition, suitable for the location. Staff super friendly, we ask them we were on a hurry for the waterbus schedule, and they kindly served us very fastly. The food was good overall!

Considering the price, the quantity was fair enough, but the service was a little bit slow.
I recommend the salmon sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pub in Kinderdijk, overlooking the river. Polite waitresses that speak English will offer you a great beer menu, accompanied by delicious snacks. All very affordable! A great interior with old radios transports you to another era!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is just okay. But the location is very good,near by the bus stop. If you arrive Kinderdijk at noon, then you can just have your lunch there and rent the bike next to the restaurant . The Dutch little pancake is yummy,especially the cherry jam.
