 In a swap promotion our 13 year old (technically still top!) Bugaboo returned and received a new Cameleon 3 plus! Nice welcome, extensive explanation and a proven top product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Topservice van bugaboo . De zonnekap van de kinderwagen was niet helemaal in orde. Na wat foto's is er een nieuwe gestuurd. Ik zag er tegenop om zo'n groot ding op te moeten sturen maar dat was helemaal niet nodig. Verder zag ik op Instagram voorbij komen dat ze een x aantal kinderwagens opgestuurd hebben naar een weeshuis. Vond dit ook echt een mooi gebaar
Top service from bugaboo. The sun canopy of the pram was not quite right. After some photos, a new one was sent. I was reluctant to send such a big thing, but it was not necessary at all. I also saw on Instagram that they sent an x number of prams to an orphanage. Found this really a nice gesture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig geholpen door de Bugaboo klantenservice. De schroeven van het meerijdplankje waren kwijtgeraakt bij het opbergen. De dame van de klantenservice was zo vriendelijk om deze op te sturen
Great help from Bugaboo customer service. The screws of the wheeled board were lost during storage. The customer service lady was kind enough to send it to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience for retailers. No support. They are trying to force you regarding their RRP. Which is illegal. Key account manager Markus N. is the worst accounter we ever met. He never visited us. Very ignorant and has no experience or knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad user experience with Bugaboo Cameleon special edition, bought just 5 years ago and just started using it with my 2nd kid. A security piece of the seat belt got broken (poor quality on this part) and Bugaboo’s solution is to replace the whole seat (70€) as the seatbelts are sewed to the seat. A very unfair solution for a pushchair that worths 1000€. Not recommended this brand not their support service anymore.
