★ ★ ★ ★ ★ offerte opgevraagd van een tuinkas. Wordt er een compleet boekwerk aan koopvoorwaarden bijgevoegd die zelfs in strijd zijn met de wettelijke regels omtrent kopen op afstand (waar kopen via internet onder valt).
Derhalve altijd het recht op retour! De offerte aanvraag werd mij door de strot geduwd als aankoop waar ik niet meer onder uit zou kunnen.
De kas bleek honderden (!) euro's duurder dan bij de concurrent in België.
Na veel heen en weer mailen heeft Buytenhuys een 'uitzondering' gemaakt om de koop te ontbinden. Deze was NOOIT tot stand gekomen.
Hoe jaag ik mijn klanten weg? Nou zo!

Therefore always the right to return! The quotation request was pushed through my throat as a purchase that I could not get away from.
The greenhouse turned out to be hundreds of (!) Euros more expensive than at a competitor in Belgium.
After a lot of e-mailing back and forth, Buytenhuys has made an 'exception' to cancel the purchase. This was NEVER established.
How do I scare my customers away? Well!
