拜爾美米爾是荷蘭在CE 1950年代戰後開始興建的社區。位於郊區、大規模、現代主義式的建築，註定了社區破敗與高空屋的結果，1980年代空屋率最高曾達20%以上。CE 1990年代以降，政府提出更新計畫，透過部分出售、引入公共設施、打造交通建設、提高商業混合使用等多元模式推動社區再生。在此，我們將拜訪獲得CE 2017年密斯凡德洛獎的凱爾伯大樓（Kleiburg），了解其透過有效的活化與出售，達到社區融合願景的過程。

Bayermeyer is a community that the Netherlands began to build after the 1950s in CE. Located in the suburbs, large-scale, modernist-style buildings are doomed to the dilapidated community and the result of high-altitude housing. The highest vacancy rate in the 1980s was more than 20%. Since the CE 1990s, the government has proposed an update plan to promote community regeneration through multiple models such as partial sales, introduction of public facilities, construction of transportation, and increased commercial mixed use. Here, we will visit the Kleiburg building (Kleiburg), which won the CE 2017 Mies van der Rohe Award, to understand the process of achieving the vision of community integration through effective activation and sale.
