The small size is perfect for one person and every bite is perfection - light and crispy on the outside, tender and flavourful on the inside. Location is perfect if you’re in the city centre and although the menu may seem a bit confusing at first, just ask for a “small kibbeling with garlic sauce” and you won’t go wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the herring sandwich as recommended by the owner, it was so delicious! the saltiness of the haring pairs perfectly with the fresh onion, and balanced out by the bread. after seeing the kibbeling in previous reviews i had to try it as well, i asked for the garlic sauce. best meal in the Netherlands so far! ?
