Eerst gingen we met ons bedrijf op de fiets naar de plaatselijke, biologische boeren.
Toen we terugkwamen gingen we dus koken op houtvuur.
En wat was dat gaaaaffff!
We hadden drie buitenkook koks die goed wisten waar ze over spraken. Echte specialisten op buitenkook gebied.
Alles biologisch en uit de streek. Een hele gave ervaring. Een aanrader dus!
Had a very nice outdoor cooking day with delicious regional products from the Veluwe.
First we cycled with our company to the local organic farmers.
So when we got back we started cooking on a wood fire.
And what was that cool!
We had three outdoor cooks who knew what they were talking about. Real specialists in outdoor cooking.
Everything organic and from the region. A really cool experience. Highly recommended!
