Een kleinschalige, knusse buurtschool waar een warme sfeer heerst en de leerkrachten betrokken, professioneel en hecht zijn. Echt een aanrader! Our daughters enjoy this BMS school with great pleasure. A small-scale, cozy neighborhood school with a warm atmosphere and where the teachers are involved, professional and close-knit. Really recommended!

F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet een geweldige school omdat : - Leerkrachten de klas niet stil kunnen houden - Leerkrachten doen niks met pesten - Chagerijnige leerkrachten - Als ze grote pauze hebben van een uur moeten ze op een klein pleintje blijven. - Heel erg druk (niet positief) - Er werd beloofd dat er een beter pleintje zou komen in mid 2017 begin 2018. Daar klopt ook geen reet van - Er was een tijd dat omdat 1 leerkracht ontslagen werd er nog 3 weggingen Blijf gewoon uit de buurt! Not a great school because: - Teachers cannot keep the class still - Teachers do nothing with bullying - Grumpy teachers - If they have a big break of one hour, they have to stay on a small square. - Very busy (not positive) - It was promised that there would be a better square in mid-2017 at the beginning of 2018. That is not the case either - There was a time when 3 teachers left because 1 teacher was fired Just stay away!

Mijn oudste zoontje heeft het naar zijn zin in de middenbouw en mijn jongste zoontje gaat met veel plezier naar de voorschool. Cozy school with a lot of attention for the individual child. My eldest son is enjoying middle school and my youngest son is going to pre-school with great pleasure.

A small, well-organized school with enthusiastic and passionate teachers who pay a lot of attention to the individual development of the child.

Met de recente verbouwing ziet de school er nu ook modern en fris uit van binnen. Een van de betere scholen van Amsterdam! Small cozy school, where my 2 children are happy and enjoy a good education. With the recent renovation, the school now also looks modern and fresh on the inside. One of the better schools in Amsterdam!
R	Reuben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bij-de-tijdse Montessorischool waar onze kinderen veel individuele aandacht krijgen. Er zijn veel ouders van allerlei achtergronden, die actief zijn binnen de school. Het gebouw wordt grondig gerenoveerd. In de bovenbouw wordt er een ochtend per week les gegeven in het Amsterdamse Bos. An up-to-date Montessori school where our children receive a lot of individual attention. There are many parents from all backgrounds who are active within the school. The building is being thoroughly renovated. In the upper years, lessons are given one morning a week in the Amsterdamse Bos.
C	Cristina Rey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could have never thought that a school like this would exist in a country with such a high level of education and so open. - Teachers are rude and disrespectful to the kids; - There is a very high pressure to learn letters and numbers from the very start at age 4, this is completely against the Montessori philosophy. "First we do some work, then you can play", were the words we heard several times, which shows a complete lack of understanding of the Montessori method; - The atmosphere and attitude is in general is extremely non-inclusive and narrow minded. We have known of many people who were unhappy and have left. We are really glad to have had the chance to leave, we feel that was one of the best decisions we could have made for our kid. Stay away.
