Max Vos de Wael is een gepassioneerd Casting Director, fotograaf en regisseur (Bacardi Bioscoop commercial) met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring. Hij is energiek, vrolijk en eerlijk, en houdt van mensen. Hoe iedereen anders is, dat fascineert hem. Wat Max verschrikkelijk goed kan: hij maakt je mooi. Altijd. Daarom is zijn bureau de afgelopen jaren uitgegroeid tot een bureau met een bestand van gemotiveerde modellen, acteurs stem acteurs en influencers.
