★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipping was fast, good prices but there was one issue. On my airsoft pistol is a small crack on the inside of the slide. If it was a black slide I wouldn’t even notice. It honestly looks like crack in the paint. Communication is great.

Thanks to Tom from Bunker 501 the issue was fixed and they send a replacement part.

Stay away of this site if you expect any warranty with your products or the shipping, this guy is not answering any email in 3 months, and said that he's having email problem on the chat but not replying to the complain.
My loader arrived damaged, maybe not his fault but his responsibility to fix.
I had to open a case with the European Commission consumer bureau to help Solving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today and i have had a very pleasant experience. I live in the Netherlands my self but still had to drive 60 minutes, witch was totally worth it!. The personal what very friendly and helpful. After 2 hours of being in the store i walked out with a supper good looking(And feeling) M92 Barretta Pistol witch sadly i have not tried out yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once visited the store which already gave a good impression. Friendly and helpful staff. The store has a nice amount of replicas and enough parts in stock.
Recently ordered a few parts. Shipped straight away and received them the next day. Unfortunately one item was incorrect. I reached out to them and quickly got in contact. Next day I got the item I ordered. Great service!
If you are not living nearby (like me) combine a visit to the shop (with a friend and airsoft enthousiast ?) and have a nice lunch and beer in the center of Oldenzaal. After lunch of course go back to the shop ?
