Let wel even op. De bunker is moeilijk te berijken als je slecht te been bent. Very small museum, but for € 1.50 that is no problem at all :) (with bunker day card is free) Beautiful items inside and a rich history behind the bunker itself. Pay attention. The bunker is difficult to reach if you have difficulty walking.

Man bekommt eine Einführung über den Atlantikwall und natürlich Informationen zur damaligen Lage in Egmond. Im Inneren gibt es zwei Räume mit Ausstellungsstücken, im zweiten wird ein kurzer Film zur Minenräumung gezeigt. Sehr nette Leute dort. Ist aber eher nichts für Kinder. Die Besichtigung dauert ca. 40 Minuten. Small and fine museum, that you can easily look at, if you are in Egmond aan Zee. You get an introduction about the Atlantic Wall and of course information about the situation in Egmond. Inside there are two rooms with exhibits, in the second a short film for demining is shown. Very nice people there. But it's not for kids. The visit takes about 40 minutes.

Gern hätten wir uns das Museum angeschaut, nur leider reisen wir am 04.September wieder ab. 2 mal im Monat zu öffnen empfinden wir als zu wenig, wobei es Möglichkeiten mit Besuch nach Termin etc. geben würde. Unfortunately only open twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Sunday. Thank you for your reply. We would have loved to have a look at the museum, but unfortunately we are leaving on September 4th. We feel that opening it twice a month is too little, although there would be options with visits by appointment, etc.
