Allereerst heeft BB een uitgebreide offerte gestuurd waarin de werkzaamheden stap voor stap werden beschreven en de bijbehorende kosten duidelijk werden genoemd. Die waren alleszins redelijk. Wij wisten dus exact waar we aan toe waren toen wij BB deze opdracht lieten uitvoeren. Eerst werd een afspraak gemaakt met een bouwkundig expert van BB die de feitelijke situatie heel duidelijk in kaart bracht en enkele noodmaatregelen meteen kon voorschrijven, die vervolgens door de aannemer zijn uitgevoerd. Vervolgens heeft deze expert goed gekeken naar het ontwerp en de details van het bouwwerk en kon precies aangeven wat er niet klopte en hoe dit zou kunnen worden opgelost. Naar aanleiding van dit advies is er een bespreking geweest met alle partijen en zo konden er concrete afspraken worden gemaakt om de nodige aanpassingen te maken. Wij zijn erg tevreden over het werk van BB en hun rol bij het zoeken naar de juiste oplossingen. Ik kan BB aanraden aan eenieder die bouwkundige problemen heeft aan zijn bouwwerk en er maar niet achter komt wat de oorzaak is. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een verkeerde versie van een normenkader (NEN 2443) gebruikt (jaar 2000 ipv 2013), verkeerde afmetingen opgemeten op locatie en/of verwerkt in het rapport, hierdoor verkeerde conclusies getrokken, vervolgens letterlijk maanden niet bereikbaar zijn voor de vraag of de juiste versie van de NEN norm was gehanteerd, verkeerde conclusie mbt technische haalbaarheid met betrekking tot gebrekkige oplevering, continu slecht bereikbaar zijn en niet nakomen van afspraken. Dit bedrijf heeft mijn rechtspositie in plaats van versterkt, ernstig verzwakt. Rechtsbijstandverzekeraar SAR gaf aan dat dit bedrijf de inspectie voor mijn issues mbt mijn aannemer moest uitvoeren. Nu blijkt dat ze alles wat ze maar fout konden doen dit hebben gedaan (via second opinion) zegt SAR dat ze niet verantwoordelijk zijn voor het prutswerk wat BvB opgeleverd heeft. En dat BvB 'slechts' een voorstel was, je hebt als verzekerde keuzevrijheid m.b.t. deze adviesbureaus. Wees je daarvan bewust. SAR heeft prijsafspraken met BvB voor uitvoering van inspecties. mogelijk is dat de reden dat kwaliteit en service zaken zijn die wegbezuinigd zijn. Als ze geen geheime afspraken met tegenpartij achter de schermen doen dat heb ik helemaal geen logische verklaring voor hun aanpak. Ik heb ze door verzekeraar gekregen en heb heel erg spijt er van, want mijn positie in de geschiel met tegenpartij is zelfs verslechtert, want ze hebben de tegenpartij vrij gesproken in hun rapport van mankementen die tegenpartij zelf erkend. Dus voor mij ze hebben met hun rapport mij schade opgericht voor mijn eigen geld. En als ze niet omgekocht door die tegenpartij dan zijn ze gewoon erg onprofessioneel. Weg afblijven dus. Digene wie zegt dat ze leveren geen toegevoegde waarde zijn gelukkige mensen, want bij mij die warde was negatief. Echte oplichters. I strongly advise against them.
