Got the burger no bacin but extra cheese and medium size and normal fries.
The guy who took the order seemed like he only started working there 2 seconds ago, didnt knew half the menu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unfriendly staff! I think this is the worst Burger King in the neighbourhood . The app was showing me a discount on a menu but they refused to give it, they just said we can't ?
Please also be ready to wait for your food, you will see them chilling and just walking around while you're waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I placed an order via UberEats that arrived in the wrong way. I tried to communicate via phone with Burger King but no one answered the phone.
So I had to go to the place. I reported the error and they gave me the correct order. But I suggested that they would have to think about some form of compensation since I made the order online so I had extra expenses (administrative costs and shipping costs) to end up going to the premises (on a rainy day) to fix their error. To which they told me they were sorry but did not make amends, explaining that all people make mistakes.
It is quite disappointing that they do not know how to take care of customers at least by doing a small detail. Giving me the correct order is not to fix the error, also they do not even answer the phone when there were only 2 people waiting for the order in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad welcome by 2 young black people (a boy and a girl with glasses). They were laughing and starring at me while I was ordering .So I assume they were making fun of me. They forget that without the client's mone they wouldn't get their job. I stay with a very bad memory
