★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb zojuist een muffin en biertjes besteld. Biertjes prima maar een bevroren muffin ontvangen. Erg jammer, niet de eerste keer dat het tegenvalt dus bij deze toch maar een keer de moeite genomen om een review te schrijven. Eten zonde van het geld.
 I just ordered a muffin and beers. Beers fine but received a frozen muffin. Very unfortunate, not the first time that it was disappointing, so I took the trouble to write a review on this one. Food waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk gegeten! De rundvlees burger was lekker mals en ciabatta broodje zacht en warm, een van de beste burgers in lange tijd gegeten. Afgehaald bij de zaak en het was op tijd klaar. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Delicious eaten! The beef burger was nice and tender and the ciabatta bun was soft and warm, one of the best burgers I've eaten in a long time. Picked up at the store and it was ready on time. Worth repeating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren 2 hamburgers bedteld en frietjes voor onze dochter. Helaas voor onze dochter werden alleen de hamburgers gebracht.
Gebeld met burger me(eerst na 2 minuten de verbinding verbroken. Daarna 10 minuten in de wacht gestaan), ze zouden het naleveren. Na een uur nog niks ontvangen en onze dochter moest uit eindelijk al naar bed. Weer gebeld. Aangegeven dat het nu niet meer hoefde.
Dochter zwaar teleurgesteld naar bed gegaan. Ze zouden de volgende dag de frietjes leveren om 18.00. Om 18.00 uur nog niks. Dochter weer teleurgesteld. Weer gebeld, ze zouden gelijk gemaakt worden en over een half uur bezorgd worden. Nu alweer bijna een uur aan het wachten en nog steeds niks ontvangen.
Na een week kan ik zeggen dat de frietjes nooit zijn gekomen ondanks de beloftes.
Tip besteld hier niets!
Ordered 2 burgers and fries for our daughter yesterday. Unfortunately for our daughter only the burgers were brought.
Called citizen me (first disconnected after 2 minutes. Then was on hold for 10 minutes), they would deliver it. After an hour we still hadn't received anything and our daughter finally had to go to bed. Called again. Indicated that it was no longer necessary.
Daughter went to bed very disappointed. They were supposed to deliver the fries at 6pm the next day. Still nothing at 6pm. Daughter disappointed again. Called again, they would be equalized and delivered in half an hour. Been waiting for almost an hour now and still haven't received anything.
After a week I can say that the fries never came despite the promises.
Tip don't order anything here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order from this place!!! I gave them one star because it is impossible to give zero.
To make a long story short, this is the summary of their incompetence: the delivery guy arrived in 10 minutes delay, but I tipped him nonetheless. We then discovered that they did not put x2 orange juice that we have ordered, and gave us the wrong desserts. I called them, and the guy who answered the phone said that they ran out of the juice and dessert. He will refund me for the juice we paid for but did not receive. Why didn't they call me beforehand? What would have happened had I not called them myself? Who knows.
We started eating, and discovered to our horror that the vegetarian burger was actually chicken! Can you imagine the feelings of a vegetarian person who eats meet?! I had no will to call them again, so just left it as is. By the way, we have never received any refund for the juice...
So if you wish to make sure that you actually receive the food you order, especially if you happen to be vegetarian - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

Never never order from this filial anymore.
Not recommended.
