★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte makelaardij, als zowel koper als verkoper zou ik hier hard voor wegrennen. Geen mondeling afspraken mee maken omdat ze deze niet nakomen en reageren niet op email. Spreekt namens partijen zonder dat daar overleg voor is geweest. Lastig om hier duidelijk en heldere afspraken mee te maken.
Poor brokerage, as both buyer and seller I would run away from this. Do not make verbal agreements because they do not comply with them and do not respond to email. Speaks on behalf of parties without prior consultation. Difficult to make clear and clear agreements with this.
