★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schwierig bzgl. Absprachen und Kommunikation. Für Menschen die arbeiten und sich nicht nach der "Tageswillkür" dieser Stelle richten können sehr frustrierend. Vielleicht sollte es besser "BürgerSTELLE" und nicht BürgerSERVICE" heißen.....Schade:-(
Difficult regarding collusion and communication. For people who work and can not comply with the "day arbitrariness" of this job can be very frustrating. Maybe it should be better called "BürgerSTELLE" and not BürgerSERVICE "..... Too bad :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der normale Bürger muss trotz Corona weiterhin arbeiten gehen und sich dem Virus aussetzen, doch der Bürgerservice Grefrath hat die Arbeit eingestellt und sieht sich nicht in der Lage einen Personalausweis irgendwie durch ein Fenster zu überreichen. Alles bei voller Lohnfortzahlung natürlich. Kann ich die Gemeindeabgaben auch kürzen?
The normal citizen has to continue to work despite Corona and expose himself to the virus, but the Grefrath Citizens Service has stopped work and is not able to somehow hand over an identity card through a window. All with full wages, of course. Can I also reduce the community taxes?
