★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaring. Ik zou nooit meer met hun in zee gaan. Door privé problemen waar ze van op de hoogte waren. Was allemaal geen probleem. 2de handtekening voor verkoop van huis bleef ontbreken. Ze waren op de hoogte van de situatie maar ze hebben toch zo gepraat dat er al 1 handtekening stond op papieren maakte volgens hun niet uit. Teken niks bij hun voordat je zeker weet dat de mede-eigenaar ook zal tekenen. Deze makelaar hoeft bij mij niet meer te komen.
Bad experience. I would never do business with them again. Due to private issues they were aware of. None of this was a problem. 2nd signature for house sale was still missing. They were aware of the situation, but they talked in such a way that there was already 1 signature on the papers, according to them, it didn't matter. Do not sign with them until you are sure the co-owner will sign. This broker does not have to come to me anymore.

Je krijgt prima info van Wessel Berkhout. De prijs info van Wessel is veel beter dan die van zijn collega makelaars. Hulde voor deze snelle verkoop!!
