★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seid 5 Jahren kümmert er sich immer pünktlich um alle meine Bautätigkeiten. Er denkt mit und macht seinen Job gut und der Preis stimmt immer. Er ist gut erreichbar und reagiert schnell.
 For 5 years he has always taken care of all my construction activities on time. He thinks ahead and does his job well and the price is always right. He is easy to reach and reacts quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudolf Smits reageert niet op email. Al bijna 4 maanden probeer ik contact te krijgen. Gestuurde documenten worden niet gedownload. Mooie verhalen over de telefoon maar voor de rest komt is dit bedrijf met niks gekomen. Hij heeft waarschijnlijk geen behoefte om mij als klant maar spreekt het niet uit. Onfatsoenlijk.
Rudolf Smits does not respond to email. I have been trying to get in touch for almost 4 months. Sent documents are not downloaded. Nice stories over the phone, but otherwise this company has come up with nothing. He probably doesn't need me as a customer but doesn't speak out. Indecent.
