Robert-Jan was proactief, integer, gemakkelijk bereikbaar en bovenal kundig: hij wist iedere keer helder de plussen en minnen van een huis en/of locatie uiteen te zetten, en gaf aan wat wel en niet marktconform was. Een realistische makelaar met een scherp oog voor huizen, geen luchtkastelenverkoper.
