Precies wat we wilden!” “Bij het neerleggen van onze wensen en eisen, werd er goed geluisterd door Burobas. Er werd uitgebreid gekeken naar de mogelijkheden van de locatie, de gebruikers en de toekomst. We wilden een multifunctionele ruimte hebben, waarbij de meubels en andere onderdelen van interieur verplaatsbaar zijn. Dat is gelukt: tafels op wielen, lampen instelbaar, afscheiding verplaatsbaar. De kleuren en materialen zijn fris en uitnodigend en sluiten aan bij de rest van het gebouw. Onze lounge wordt dagelijks gebruikt voor een informeel kopje koffie, een lunch, een presentatie. Regelmatig zijn er ontvangsten, recepties. Men voelt zich prettig in de lounge en er heerst een ontspannen sfeer. Vorig jaar besloot COC te kiezen voor een herinrichting van het bestaande kantoor. Burobas is als architect gekozen om de plannen te maken en het proces te begeleiden. Tevens moesten er 6 bed and breakfast appartementen worden gerealiseerd geschikt voor bewoners met een zorgvraag voor beperkte duur. De opdracht was om een kleinschalige, huiselijke en stijlvolle woonzorglocatie te realiseren met een open karakter en een grote, door de bewoners vrij toegankelijke, tuin. Het binnen-buiten gevoel moest op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Burobas heeft deze opdracht goed begrepen en het buitenhuis ook een echt buitenhuis-karakter gegeven. Door de luxe uitstraling, afwerking en kleurgebruik is dit gevoel terug te vinden in het hele gebouw. Het gebouw heeft een luxe uitstraling dat zich onder meer laat zien door de inrichting van het restaurant, de ontvangsthal en de wellness-ruimte, maar straalt ook warmte en sfeer uit en geeft gasten een gevoel van welkom. Naast goede zorg staan gastvrijheid en hospitality hoog in het vaandel bij Het Buitenhuis. We deden een snelle zoektocht langs websites met architecten die al voor ons type bedrijf werken en we zagen in de foto’s van Burobas duidelijke aanknopingspunten. Herkenbare, grote vormen en daarbinnen zichtbare en speelse invloeden van andere culturen. Dat is voor onze klanten en bezoekers heel belangrijk, omdat het hen het helpt de weg te vinden, zich thuis te voelen en te genieten. Tijdens de presentatie van de eerste ideeën van Burobas werd die indruk bevestigd. Ze hadden zich echt in ons verdiept. Ze gaven voorbeelden van hoe we met kleine ingrepen een groot effect kunnen bereiken, precies in de uitstraling die we wilden. Tijdens de uitvoering verandert er dan nog wel wat aan de plannen en er gaat ook wel eens iets fout. Maar daar doen ze niet moeilijk over en het resultaat staat als een huis! Recognizable, large shapes and within them visible and playful influences from other cultures. This is very important for our customers and visitors, because it helps them to find their way, to feel at home and to enjoy themselves. This impression was confirmed during the presentation of Burobas' first ideas. They really looked into us. They gave examples of how we can achieve a big effect with small interventions, exactly in the look we wanted. During the implementation, some changes to the plans and sometimes something goes wrong. But they are not difficult about that and the result is rock solid!
