From Germany (and probably other European countries too) ordering and shipping worked smooth and uncomplicated one time, but the second time the shop did not send the supplies in time like promised (that is why only 4 out of 5 stars). That is why I can't paint this weekend. :-( The shop is very friendly to customers.
