One of the most beautiful bridges in Amsterdam is the Bushuissluis bridge. Great view of Nieuwmarkt. Great class photo subject. Really the Venice of the north, so many canals and canals on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eén van de drukste bruggen van Amsterdam omdat al die fietsers van de Dam naar de Sint AntoniesBreestraat / Waterlooplein er overheen moeten, over het water van de Kloveniersburgwal. Plus nog wat krioelende vrachtwagens en taxis. Tel daar de voetgangers bij op. En je hoort de fietsbellen al rinkelen.....
Vanaf de brug heb je een prachtig zicht op de Nieuwmarkt met de Waag. En naar de andere kant kijk je richting de Amstel.
One of the busiest bridges in Amsterdam because all those cyclists from Dam Square to Sint AntoniesBreestraat / Waterlooplein have to cross it, over the water of Kloveniersburgwal. Plus some swarming trucks and taxis. Add to that the pedestrians. And you can already hear the bicycle bells ringing .....
From the bridge you have a beautiful view of the Nieuwmarkt with the Waag. And to the other side you look towards the Amstel.
