★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantoor is vorig jaar augustus door mij ingeschakeld om aankoopsom e-bike van een van recensenten zien terug te krijgen. Na meerdere vruchteloze pogingen/verzoeken door mij en door Busscher moest de kantonrechter er aan te pas komen om mijn vordering toe te wijzen. De kantonrechter Almelo heeft op 7 april jl vonnis geveild. Ik ben op alle fronten in het gelijk gesteld. Busscher heeft - ondanks dat het vonnis bij voorraad uitvoerbaar was - op verzoek van de tegenpartij een regeling getroffen die hij niet is nagekomen. Pas na beslaglegging is de andere recensent tot volledige betaling overgegaan. Ik ben tevreden over de inbreng van Busscher en ik ben door hen fatsoenlijk behandeld.
The office was called in by me last August to get the purchase price of an e-bike back from one of the reviewers. After several unsuccessful attempts / requests by me and by Busscher, the subdistrict court had to be involved to allow my claim. The subdistrict court in Almelo auctioned the judgment on 7 April. I have been right on all fronts. Despite the fact that the judgment was enforceable on stock, Busscher made an arrangement at the request of the counterparty that he has not complied with. Only after the seizure did the other reviewer proceed to full payment. I am satisfied with Busscher's contribution and have been treated decently by them.
