★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located along with Heerlen Train Station, this bus station has multiple bus stops/sections for different routes categorized with Alphabets A, B, C...and so on. It is in open Area and looks pretty spacious and big. You will have to purchase the ticket from the the ground floor of the Station. You will see the sign ➡️? arrow pointing towards the door with Aarriva logo/name.
The custome service lady was very helpful and patience answering all my queries. Due to the pandamic, there aren't any food stalls or vending machines located by the customer service area but you can always purchase it from above train station if you have ample time.
Overall, i am very satisfied with this place. My trip to Aachen was great ? Defenitely using their service in future again.
