S	Simeon Pijl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben al diverse keren bij Butlon besteld. Wij waren tot nu toe erg tevreden over de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en de communicatie. Zo werden wij een aantal bestellingen geleden vooraf gebeld dat een deel niet leverbaar was en was er ruimte voor overleg. Vandaag 16/02/22 een nieuwe bestelling ontvangen. Er misten diverse artikelen en een doos druiven was verrot of althans, de druiven bevatten meer rimpels e.d. dan mijn oma van 98. Hierna gepoogd telefonisch in contact te komen met Butlon. Na diverse keren opnieuw bellen na een half uur iemand aan de lijn gekregen. Deze was net nieuw bij Butlon zei ze, dat kan natuurlijk, maar ik werd direct weer in de wacht gezet. Na 5 minuten kreeg ik te horen dat ik een mailtje moest sturen naar Butlon, zodat ze dit konden beoordelen. Ik zou dan ook vandaag nog een reactie ontvangen. Netjes gemaild, maar helaas nog niets vernomen. Kortom de kwaliteit van deze bestelling, de ontbrekende goederen en gebrekkige of missende communicatie, daar valt wat aan te verbeteren voor Butlon. Aanvulling: Mijn klacht is achteraf netjes opgelost door Butlon. Het bedrag van de ontbrekende/bedorven goederen terug ontvangen en een kortingcode ontvangen voor een volgende bestelling. We have ordered several times from Butlon. So far we have been very satisfied with the price/quality ratio and the communication. For example, a few orders ago we were called in advance that a part was not available and there was room for consultation. Received a new order today 16/02/22. Several articles were missing and a box of grapes was rotten or at least, the grapes had more wrinkles and the like than my 98-year-old grandmother. After this, an attempt was made to contact Butlon by telephone. After calling again several times after half an hour someone was on the line. This one was just new to Butlon, she said, that's possible, but I was immediately put on hold again. After 5 minutes I was told to send an email to Butlon so they could review this. I should have received a response today. Just emailed, but haven't heard back yet. In short, the quality of this order, the missing goods and poor or missing communication, there is room for improvement for Butlon. Supplement: My complaint was neatly resolved by Butlon afterwards. Received the amount of the missing/corrupted goods back and received a discount code for a next order.

Deze mail zou verstuurd worden de avond voor de leverdag, dus ik heb de hele dag zitten wachten. Krijg ik vervolgens om 14.00 een mail met een excuus dat ze helemaal niet komen leveren maar de bestelling is verplaatst zonder goede reden. Zonder even te checken of ik wel thuis ben om de vers en diepvries producten aan te nemen. Niet bereikbaar via telefoon of email/contactformulier. Wel kreeg ik 2 dagen later een antwoord per mail maar niet met een tijdstip. Vervolgens op de nieuwe door hun geplande bezorgdag weer geen mail of ander contact, bestelling is wel geleverd maar niet compleet. Ik ga gewoon weer lekker zelf naar de supermarkt. Worthless! First order placed, no mail delivery on time. This email was sent to the night before the delivery date, so I've been waiting all day. Will I then 14.00 an email with an excuse that they do not get delivered, but the order is moved without good reason. Without a moment to check whether I am at home to take on the fresh and frozen products. Not available by phone or email / contact form. Well I got 2 days later a reply by mail but not with time. Then no mail or contact from their new planned delivery date weather, order has been delivered but not complete. I just go back out yourself to the supermarket.

Not sure what to do now... Update: Butlon did returned the money after a week or so. Hope these hiccups won’t happen again.
g	goz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on Tuesday night, delivered on Thursday morning. Very fast delivery and good quality. Only bananas are green, not yellow. I will definitely order from Butlon again!
F	Fran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While eating a dark chocolate spread from Butlon , I checked the ingredients and it had Whey powder as an ingredient, my partner had an allergic reaction because of this. I was sure I checked the ingredients while making the order online, so I checked again and such ingredient was not declared, even though it can be a dangerous allergen. After contacting the company, I was told that it is their supplier’s fault (even though the wrong info is on their webpage) and offered me a dumb 5€ discount in my next purchase after staying on the chat for a while.
