★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is laagdrempelig en voor iedereen toegankelijk. Veel te doen en gezellig bij elkaar komen voor buurtbewoners. Er zijn cursussen te volgen maar je kunt er ook heerlijk lunchen.
 It is accessible and accessible to everyone. Lots to do and socializing for local residents. There are courses to follow, but you can also enjoy a delicious lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk "bedrijfsverzamelgebouw" op sociaal gebied. Grote kast met boeken waaruit je gratis kunt lenen. Kopje koffie vanaf 50 cent. Elke dag vers belegde broodjes te koop (met op donderdag zelfs met gratis soep!). Ook een paar zorginstellingen houden hier kantoor
Nice "collective business building" in the social area. Large cupboard with books that you can borrow for free. Cup of coffee from 50 cents. Fresh sandwiches for sale every day (with even free soup on Thursdays!). A few healthcare institutions also have offices here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk bewonerscentrum. Veel meer activiteiten dan je zou denken en onlangs zijn ze begonnen met het opstarten van kinderactiviteiten. Tijdens de krokusvakantie was er een knutselweek die werd afgesloten door een lichtoptocht door de buurt. Heel gaaf en de kinderen hebben zich kostelijk vermaakt en veel mooie werkstukken gemaakt.
Nice residents' center. Much more activities than you might think and recently they have started to start up kids activities. During the spring break there was a craft week that was concluded by a light parade through the neighborhood. Very cool and the children had a great time and made many beautiful pieces of work.

Very very good. Many courses are offered free of charge. I'm also going to a language course. And everyone is so smiling. I hope there are more places like this.
