New building, looks not so cozy from the outside, but really tries to connect the neighborhood. Fun people.

I asked a question if I can throw a birthday party there, I was treated very rudely. And it was only said that that is only possible in the afternoon ? now I read in the reviews that there are parties in the evening I live very small in the area...
